It sounds like a hardware problem. The logical first guesses are excessive overclocking or overheating. The next guess is too small a power supply.System is crashing but do not know how to track these to the root problem.

Have been stable for months so ?
Q6600 temps 55/50/50/48; all cpu's 100%; Power Supply PC P&C Silencer 750 so feel good to go there.
Gonna reconfig with another HD3850.
I'll keep an eye out.
