This WU has been through 14 users since October 12, and is apparently on the 15th. All terminated with error code 3 and points usually zero but ranging up to 515 or so.

If it's not terminating with exit code 102, the 6.23 client should do automatic error reporting and the server code will automatically take it out of circulation. Using qfix with older clients does not cause the server to register an error--it will keep assigning the WU as if nothing happened.
