Account not recognized

Good day. I've been folding for a few years now and never updated my software until recently. Now, when i try to run the fah client, it says it cannot find me and that i need to request a reset. I enter my email and pw and site says it doesnt recognize my account. I think i might have an original account which is tied to a big team and then i made my own team. Any way to get this fixed??? Thanks

Note that v7 did not have accounts and your passkey is not a password.
