Any chance these problems have to do with the initial v6.24 client? Which v6.24 client, initial or 'alt', is the best to be running?

Everything was ship shape on v6.23...

These issues also seem isolated to certain r/c/g of p2665, other A1 and A2 units process fine.

That's more likely issues with specific WUs rather than with the client.
