strange virus issue

sorry that i couldnt find right place to write my problem.i am running windows cpu 6.23.
Today my avast antivirus found in folder appdata\roaming\folding@home-x86\work something what he saying is virus. name of file is wudata_01.chk and avast saying is something what is called nutcracker familly whatever it is. i just letting u know in case it wasnt only avast mistake. i have this file in quarantine for few days till u say it is avast mistake or something.

It's a avast false positive. The work data files often contain random stuff which can be mistaken with a virus string sometime. A easy fix is to exclude the work folder from the antivirus scanning list.
