Received Project 5651 but FahMon said project not found.
Had a look on project description page and it is not listed.
Is this project still valid or should I dump it and get a new one?

Project 5651 is supposed to be a new project. It'll probably take a while to show up in psummary.
Do not dump it. Let it continue while I'll request the researcher to double check the psummary status.

I should point out that this project was previously listed (a week or two ago) but is not now but I'll let it run.
