Got EUE 3 times on this WU. EUE'ed almost before it started on every attempt.
Have been assigned a new non-2665 WU now that works just fine. Seems like WU's other than 2665 are less likely to EUE.

You should upgrade your client to v6.23 which should improve the EUE handling
