Bad work unit keeps coming back

1 of my clients running fah 504 console keeps getting 2621 (65-80-14.)

This work unit size is 349,391, ie, about one tenth of the size expected for a 2621 protein and it fails immediately on start.
with an unknown error code 0x79.

This has happened 15-20 times.

I believe that the work unit should be trashed.
