Wiped that driver and installed the 23.1.2 7900 series only driver and it's operating as expected. Hopefully AMD will restore OpenCL in the next unified driver release.*EDIT*
Welp I was wrong. I thought I had the latest chipset installed 4.9 something turned out there is a newer version amd_chipset_software_4.11.15.3424.11. Once installed I used the amd driver uninstaller freshly downloaded in case the version I had was also older reboot installed the 23.2.1 Driver.
After folding a few work units I downloaded the new fah beta client. It seems to handle the new system better than the current v7 client. No thermal throttling, large power spikes ect.
