I am unable to locate my name within my team. as if I didn't exist on the team. Can someone help me?

Checking the stats, a single WU has been recorded as returned by you. It takes time, and multiple WU returns before some of the stats update.

I changed my name (my ID) again. How long does it take to update the statistics? 3 hours from 12:00

I you change your name you will start afresh on the stats ... your old name and new name stats will not be merged ... and as previously advised by Joe_H it can take some time for stats to update.
