Search User Name get HTTP Status - 405 Not Allowed

I'm trying to set up a user, so I'm thinking I start here:

I type in a name and Press the 'Search' button

That lands me here:

With text reading:
'405 Not Allowed

Yes, it doesn't work and I guess developers have too much on their hands right now.

FAH's stats database is under a crushing load and steps are being taken to improve that.
