I've had a couple of WUs that won't send the result. It doesn't seem to block my ability to download, process, and send back other WUs. One of them started ~30+ hours ago, another one wouldn't send around 10 hours ago.
One of the logs for the 30+ hours one indicates it tries to send but fails.

The other log seems like the upload got stuck on the first try and has never done anything since.

Are you folding under a name that begins with mk? If so the second WU did upload for you. If not, restarting the client can cause the upload to be retried.

No, the name doesn't begin with "mk" unfortunately. But I will restart the client and will see if that seems to fix it. Thanks!

While most of us in this thread have issues with 11758 and servers 213/214, the first WU mentioned may be suffering the same issue: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=32492&start=15
