Was wondering, that since folding started, we have went from very small proteins, with small time segments.
Thing have been getting bigger and better.
Do you happen to know, what the biggest protein is, and is it one that would seem to need to be studied?

Several years ago, FAH had a sister project known a GenomeAtHome which attempted to find protein sequences that matched a certain pattern. There are several other Distributed Computing projects that are working on the scientific questions surrounding the synthesis process.
In this case, one question I would ask is why the helices are counterclockwise-coiling and what it would take to make them clockwise-coiling.
