If you get the same WU again, and it fails in the same place, don't worry, probably a bad WU. Delete WU and move on.

If it fails in a different place, NaNs tend to indicated a hardware problem (or too much overclock) and the different place failure would match that. Post again if that happens, we'll suggest trouble shooting options.
