ProtoMol ERROR: Corrupt DCD file. Size is 1518576, should be >= 1524876.
It looks like you shut down while a file was still being written. What kind of file system is it? Did you reboot?

NTFS, and yes, I did reboot (well, shutdown). but no less than 2 minutes after I ctrl-c'd the client, which seems to me as more than enough time to write a small file. if this was a rare occurence I'd shrug and move on but this is happening far too often, on both my machines that are capable of running the protomol core.

Thanks for your report. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the WU. Just fyi, however, Project: 10034 (Run 4587, Clone 0, Gen 9) has been completed and returned for full credit by a folder with a different name than yours.
