Seems it was my overclock being unstable i guess, gave it a bit more juice and i completed it.

Everything is OK now, my overclock wasn't stable on the 106XX WU's but it was for a long time on the 109XX WU's

Yeah I got a EUE on a 10632, I stopped the card and restarted it and it hasn't reappeared, as a matter of fact, my last 9 wu's on my 460 GTX has been nothing but 10632's. The 1 that EUE'd on me was (R89,C66,G49).

I've started to notice folks complaining about these units EUE'ing when they haven't had any problems with other WUs, and suspect it's probably a heat related issue.

The non -advmethod GPU3 work units run hotter than the -advmethod ones, so I'd recommend (if you haven't done so already) using a program like MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision to peg your fan speed to 100% to see if that resolves the issue(s).

Temps are definitly not the issue. I monitor my temperatures all the time and when folding the max is 72°C on these 106XX units.
Anyway lowering my clock speeds fixed the EUE's

GPU temp isn't the only temp you need to be concerned with.... VRM and/or Memory temp can also affect OC stability, and often all it takes is more airflow over those components to resolve the issue.

My memory is at stock, and VRM's shouldn't get hot as my 12V line doesn't drop at all . When i'm gaming/stres testing i can clearly see the 12vline drop to 11.84 but it stays at 12.01 when folding so i'm pretty sure the VRM's don't get hot. And there's a 200MM fan directly blowing at my video card ... (HAF X)

I'll bet that you're not running at OEM stock clocks.

If the combination of voltages, clock settings, fan settings, and heat recirculation produce hardware that can't handle a project that pushes your hardware a little harder than some other project, you're already in the unstable range, as you've already said. You need to back off enough to handle normal variations in WU efficiency. Apparently this one uses the hardware more efficiently and can be completed by others who don't push so close to the hardware limits.
