When an error is reported, the WU is put back in queue to be reissued. The probability of it being reissued to the same machine is quite high, but that doesn't make it impossible.

It's still out there .... got it on two different GPUs(8800GT and GTX285) today with the same results.

There's so many reports of immediate EUE that loading the page after the db query almost crashed my firefox

It seems a bit strange that this WU is still failing after at least a month and a half. Doesn't the originator get notified automatically when something like this is constantly happening?

It should be pulled automatically after a given amount of failure ... unless it hasn't been set up in project/server configuration ...
