Disregard this, seems it was a windows update earlier that must have caused this, it was 2 updates I installed but did not require a reboot it when it stopped now that I think about it. I got another WU and it would not work either, rebooted and everything is working now...
Still having troubles with these new ones hanging at different times, are these like the older ones if connection drops for a millisecond they hang? Once they hang I cant get them to start again with out a reboot. This is a new install of win 7 pro 64 bit.

That's strange.
In the early days of SMP for WIndows, it was quickly discovered that a network disruption would crash or hang the active WU. Then it was isolated to WinXP, while the changes to the kernel for Vista allowed the Ethernet or WiFi adapter to be disconnected/reconnected without disrupting the data flowing through the loopback adapter. I would have expected that Win7 would be as good or better than Vista, in this regard. Deino also helped for 32-bit WIndows but you're running 64-bit so I suppose all bets are off.
I suppose you've already determined that you don't have a thermal limitation or power supply limitation that's causing some kind of hiccup.
Yea Bruce the machine is stable no problems there, its water cooled also so no thermal problems, I kinda doubt the PC Power and Cooling PSU is the culprit either. I am also running multiple surveillance cameras (17 of them) in different locations across the net on this machine with blue iris software, just wondering if there may be a port conflict? What ports do FAH use do you know? I know when it was acting up I was also having trouble with some cameras acting goofy, a modem/router/switches power cycle at all locations a reboot of the PC and all is working well right now...
I was also having this problem on my AMD quad machine It is odd that you hung at 46% because that is where one of mine hung for a coupple of hours then continued. Mine would also hang after completion when it would go to the transmiting stage and then it could not send the WU it would say the did not match. I lost several WU's and then deleted the entire client file and re installed it. I haven't had the problem since re installing.
Another, I have not stopped this one yet, I did add the verbosity 9 flag yesterday. Its loaded the cpu 100% but has been stuck for a couple hours it looks like.

Looks like it hung when auto send tried to send? Ok restarted it now look at the time it was hung...
There could be some funny threads deadlock. We have a bunch of threads (particularly for windows) fixes in development, although it'll probably be a week or two before they're out.
I hope it fixes it, its not the machine it runs all stability programs fine, matter fact this same machine ran linux and bigadv for a long time till I made it my main rig and put win 7 on it. I will be watching for updates. On a side not its running WCG fine 100% load...
