Project: 5101 (Run 0, Clone 152, Gen 121) hangs

This is the same as the problem I documented for the 2665s in this thread: http://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=13355

The 5101 WU hangs at "Entering M.D." Here's my log:

Is there a reason why you have not upgraded to the latest client? It's not clear if there has been a change that will solve your problem or not, but certainly there's a good chance that one more pass through the install procedure will fix the problem. Moreover, you may be assigned work for the A3 core and that will move you one step closer to getting the new bonuses with your passkey.

You mean, aside from the fact that the 6.29 client doesn't work on 64-bit Fedora 12 unless you make changes to the system config? Not really.

All right, that's not really fair, I know. One could just as easily point out that the client works just fine on other Linuxen, so it's obviously more of a Fedora issue than a FAH client issue. Truth is, I was under the (apparently mistaken) impression that the 6.24 and 6.29 clients were betas. That being said, I HAVE tried the 6.29 client, and it didn't change the problem. However, since it doesn't seem to make the problem any worse, I can certainly start using it, I suppose.

Ok, I've upgraded (had to patch using tear's fix to get it to work). Finished the 2669 that I was working on, and now I've got a 6024.
