Note 250002 steps vs. 250000.

Is this a "defective" WU?

Should I expect it to run to successful completion?

May I request a relatively quick and definitive response from someone who has accurate information please?
If defective, an acceptable remedy would be appreciated. :)

Code: Select all

[21:14:54] Project: 2669 (Run 15, Clone 6, Gen 135)
[21:14:54]
[21:14:54] Assembly optimizations on if available.
[21:14:54] Entering M.D.
[21:15:05] Completed 0 out of 250002 steps (0%)
[21:29:08] Completed 2501 out of 250002 steps (1%)
Thank you, as always.

This doesn't look defective. 2669 usually have 250,000 steps. Sometimes that varies by +/- a few. Defective WU's usually have 2x, 3x, etc. the number of steps.

OK, I'm currently running 2669 R9 C135 G132 it also reads 250002 steps, was about to post this same question.
Is this common on 2669's ? Have only just started using the SMP client.

We'll let her run (as planned anyway) and see if our friendly Guru is correct (as usual). 8-)

Thanks, Peter.
