Are PK's tools still available? [Yes]

I seem to vaguely remember that PK is hosting his tools in a different location now but, so far, have failed to locate them. I'd appreciate some help tracking them down please ... just re-deployed the standard client on some systems and his flag config changer would be of great help.
Also, the Tools list needs to be updated to reflect the new location, if indeed he's still making them available. Thanks!
