Following this thread with interest...

I'm seeing the identical issue on an older Intel Quad core 6600 + GTX 750 running Ubuntu 22.04.
I'm wondering if the hardware combo is just plain too old.

Anybody else?

Yes, any CPU which has no SSE4.1 support will not work with new core. Good thing you reminded me, I will kick our Dev to try and disable systems with problems

Q6600 will not work, but next generation (Q9xxx) should.

...I'll have to check the cost of an upgrade compared to the cost of the subsequent divorce settlement...

At least the Quad Core Q9xxx processors use the same LGA 775 socket as the Q6600, an upgrade there should be possible for under $50.

I can confirm that version 21 is the most unstable, it does not reconnect when receiving a task freezes, when deleting and adding a slot again, the situation is also bad, appears an extra slot and WU witch stuck won't delete. That's why all my clients were rolled back from ver 21 to ver 13. It works flawlessly. And doesn't have such bugs like ver 21.
