But I have a slow upload generally in the last few days. I don't know if it can be Deluge, but I used it before too. I try to keep Deluge off.

I'm doing some tests. I limited Deluge. I see with the next work unit. Approximately 37 minutes until the end of the work unit. However the problem is general so I think it's Deluge.

I even turned off Deluge while it was uploading but it's still very slow. But finally the upload was completed. What I don't understand is why if I turn off Deluge the upload doesn't speed up. Now I try to keep Deluge off. is that I've never used Deluge to upload so for me the problem is new. I'm checking the next work unit, I have about 9 minutes to go with Deluge off even though I limited it.
