Could not get an assignment ID

Hi,

when I start the Program I just keep getting this error message

I already checked the Firewall but for fahclient.exe both TCP & UDP is allowed.
I checked if I can reach the URLs with a Browser and that works.

How can I resolve this?

If your firewall also does deep packet inspection, sometimes called stateful packet filtering, you may have to add an exception that allows the fahclient process the same download access as browsers. The filter is looking for downloads over ports 8080 and 80 that come from known browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Brave and the like. Otherwise by default traffic is blocked. I have seen write-ups on how to do that for Windows in the past, haven't kept track of the directions since I have not run into that problem with macOS or Linux. If your firewall is part of a hardware device such as a router, you will need to find the method for adding the necessary exception.

Thanks for your answer but I think I will just use Linux as i couldn't find any Guides for Windows. Besides I use Linux more often.
