Unable to upload WU to 128.252.203.14

I am currently unable to upload my GPU WU. It continues to try 128.252.203.14
I get the error ERROR:WU01:FS01:Exception: 10002: Received short response, expected 512 bytes, got 0
I do have Kaspersky and have seen known issues using Kaspersky, but have added exceptions for the FAH exe's.
Running windows 10 21H1, Ryzen 3800X, nVidia 3070Ti.
Am I missing anything?
