18027? Is this another test unit of some kind?

Post by BobWilliams757 »

Just curious on this one. Very small atom count and timeframe, really quick unit, and over 230K PPD on a little IGPU. I remember seeing notice that there was some type of experimental work unit released some time back, but couldn't find mention of it. This one doesn't show up in a search.

I've never seen any mention of policy stuff on sending a PM to a researcher, so wasn't sure if that was appropriate or not. I just figured it slipped through the cracks if it's an actual project.

Yes, it's a very quick experiment that will not run for more than a couple of days ... it will then lead to more conventional projects according to the preliminary data.
