For what it's worth, I am also experiencing a similar issue with uploading, which errors like this:

I've checked the server status page and those servers 'look good' to me, so I'm not sure what is going on. The computer that is reporting the error has Win 7 and no antivirus, though it is behind two different hardwired firewalls.

There might be issues with your ISP or hardwired firewalls, so try tethering the computer via the cell phone network or connecting via VPN, and then see if the problem persists.

Seems there is another upload problem with 128.252.203.10/11. WU 18201(27775,0,30) uploads up to 12.5% then transfer failed error. Over 12 hours now.

I have got 18201 many times before without problems and other WU's to another servers are uploading fine.

Just FYI, I am waiting up to 48 hours, then dump it if no success.

And it finally uploaded...
