Where is setup guide to setup remote access? I can't seem to find it. Thank you.

Do you mean use FAHControl to access a client on another machine? Some hints:

Be aware that if you change the remote access settings on a client, it must be restarted, otherwise the new settings won't be activated. Sometimes I used to have issues restarting the client on a Linux box, so I restarted the entire box instead.
