Update:
The "refresh" in the log viewer seems to have reloaded my configuration when new WUs start. So far my last 3 WUs over the past couple days have been giving my full "estimated points" upon completion. Not entirely sure if the refresh it what fixed it, or if it just sorted itself out on its own. At any rate, I am not seeing any WUs give only base points.
So to anyone reading this forum post, if you are having issues with WUs not giving full credit, give your F@H client a "refresh" in the log tab of the application. Its worth a try. As well as not letting any WUs sit paused, your points will decrease until the assignment is completed and submitted. Also, i've been setting my GPU to "finish" and not pausing it while it works. Perhaps that is also helping my points/WU.

Not pausing WUs whether CPU of GPU will mean they get returned quicker which is better for the science and increases the points (if within Timeout) … The QRB "clock" does not stop ticking when a machine is paused or switched off … It is calculated from when the WS sends it out to when the WS gets it back - you can look up any WU in you log at https://apps.foldingathome.org/wu and compare the "Days" to the Project Summary which details Timeout and Expiry Deadlines https://apps.foldingathome.org/psummary

FAH will show signs of instability log before artifacts are visible on the screen. FAH doesn't use the video generation components. Reducing the power to that part of the chip just leave more watts/heat that can go to the shaders, encouraging them to be unstable.
Officialy, FAH does not support overclocking. Sure, "everybody" does it and experienced overclockers will generally offer an opinion, but you're strictly on your own as far as offical "support" is concerned -- but you already knew that.

I am getting the same behaviour described by Doctrinaire - I'm concerned this might have a discouraging effect for some users.

If you check the FAQ for the Quick Retun Bonus, you'll find that there are three reasons why you don't get a bonus.
1) The first 10 WU that you fold never get a bonus.
2) If you fail to maintain at least an 80% successful completion rate you won't get a bonus.
3) No bonus is awarded if you fail to return the WU by the Timeout.
The FAH log doesn't query this status for items 1 or 2; it assumes you will get one.

Please note that the 10 WUs should be submitted with the same username+passkey combination. If you initially submitted WUs with just the username and then added the passkey, the initial WUs without the passkey will not count towards it.

It appears that you are at 6/10 WUs towards your bonus. So on your 5th WU from now, you should start to see that bonus.
If you do not start to see the bonus after that point, then you can try some of the following things that seem to have worked for me.
1) Make sure to "refresh" your log in the Log tab in the F@H advance client. It should re-load your configuration and WU passkey/bonus.
2) Let WUs run until finished and don't pause them. As you pause them, the point value that you'll get decrease.
Returning WUs quicker results, generally, in a higher point amount. The scientists and researchers that need the data that we could need the WUs sent back in a timely manner, so they can continue their work.
