WU Complete but not uploading

At night time I switch off my router (otherwise teenage children would be up all night!) until 6.30 am when it is switched on for the day. The computer is left running 24/7. During the night the CPU-2 assignment reached 100% but has not uploaded this morning after the router was switched on. What to do? The error log follows:
