I know this is probably in the wrong area and I'll ask a Mod jor Admin to move it please. My question is this what is anybody using to Overclock their video cards to get better PPD for F@H? Win Windows I used to use EVGA Precision, but I'm looking for a program that is compatible in openSUSE...

Google for coolbits and nvclock.

I don't overclock my nV GPUs for the simple reason: I don't care too much about a bit more PPD and I'm to lazy. I preferr stable system which might not be the case when OC applied. The only reason why I use coolbits is to change the default fan profile which runs the cards too hot. Fixed the fans on 80% to 85%.
But the tools above will allow you to apply OC at your own risk.
