To long location entries in profile cause a broken layout

I would suggest adding a maximum length to the location so it doesn't break the layout.

Not a completely satisfactory answer, but this only affects the subsilver theme, which is used by less than 1% of members.

Still this is maybe an issue to be directed at the phpBB guys not staff here, sorry.
