Are all the GPUs that are having problems Fermi? Your list seems to imply that they're are having trouble with the same project number. Is that true?

Just FYI, both Project: 10632 (Run 3, Clone 108, Gen 32) and Project: 10632 (Run 30, Clone 107, Gen 28) have been completed successfully by other folders, so we can't classify them as bad WUs.

Just a heads up on the 611 pointers... they seem to be a lot more sensitive to a highly OC'd card. I had one running fine using the 925/912 point WUs, but as soon as the 611 pointers started showing up again it started to EUE on me. Dropping my OC down resolved the issue.

So they're probably not "Bad" WUs, it's probably a not-quite-stable OC on the vid card.

... and very likely a higher utilization of some portion of your GPU. If you look at the diagrams showing the internal construction of a GPU, there are a number of different boxes representing different functional parts. Each one can be mostly idle or mostly busy, and somehow the software reports a single number XX% busy. Obviously there can be a variety of radically different component utilizations that all are reports with the same value for XX. One might be stable and another might not be. All that proves is that your original test for stability didn't represent a worst-case even if XX was a large number.

Well I folded a couple 611s without problems. Now I can't fold at all. Keep getting those 2 WUs....and it fails at stock speeds.

Try the following:
delete the work folder
delete the queue.dat file
Change Machine ID to another unique value

If you are using GTX 460, GTX 465, GTX 470, GTX 480, then please use the recommended 258.96 WHQL to fold. Note that 260.89 is WHQL but hasn't yet been approved for folding.
