I've had 4 random possibly bad WU's in past week or so. I run the CPU Client 6.23 with the -advmethods flag on. Been busy so it's no longer in log file, sorry about that I should have posted it sooner, so if nothing can be done then that's no problem. They were,

Project 10019 ( Run 4651, Clone 0, Gen 46)

Project 10042 ( Run 385, Clone 0, Gen 0)

Project 10031 ( Run 4743, Clone 0, Gen 1)

Project 10039 (Run 2670, Clone 0, Gen 11)

These are all ProtoMol WUs, what type of CPU are you running them on? Too bad you no longer have the logs, they'd be extremely helpful with these relatively new projects.

Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz. Well at least 3/4 of them got completed by someone else so no wasted science. Usually I'm good at catching them while the log is still available, so if I see another one have a problem I'll post it right away.

Did you reboot during these WUs as there is a bug still with closing down Protomol WUs?

Didn't they fix that bug with ProtoMol 25 Version?

I restarted(F@H not my computer with F@H running) sometimes before I played games(turning it back on after I was done with the game). I could try having it running while playing since I've improved my ram and video card. Since it will give up resources to programs that need it instead of keeping them. Only one of my games that I play atm would really possibly need to have F@H not running.

I'd say the EUE was either a bad WU or just a glitch from restarting maybe too much. And since sortofageek proved that they aren't bad since others have completed 3/4's of them. I'd say maybe just becareful how often someone restarts F@H with a protocol WU running.
