Had a question about this unit I submitted. I did not receive any bonus points for it.

I have been receiving bonus points for awhile now, just not on this unit.
From my log file:
Code: Select all

(Or thereabouts)
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi Walter (team 50473),
Your WU (P2684 R5 C11 G1) was added to the stats database on 2010-06-01 16:06:10 for 8955 points of credit.
But I have no clue about why you didn't get bonus for this WU since you completed it in less than 4 days ...

Did your passkey change? The passkey must be configured when the WU was downloaded and must not change while you're working on the WU.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the quick responses
I am sure I have not touched my config. I run these in a VM and my passkey is still configured the same as it always was.....
From my log when I got the unit:

The work unit did error out at one point when I had shut it down and restarted it. I think my client went and got another work unit (which was the same one I believe), so I killed that one and restarted from a backup I made an hour or so before (I didn't want to lose over a day's worth of work). It ran without issue from that point, but I only got the base credit.
Thanks again...

When you restore from a backup, almost anything can happen. There's the original start time, the download time of the new assignment, and the finish time for one or the other. How can the server decide which two of those three times accurately describes how long you had the WU?
I'm not accusing you of anything, but clearly if the server happens to accept the results from the first download along with the start time of the second assignment, that would be a very effective way to cheat. Under circumstances like that, the server has to award no bonus.
