Can someone help me understand what may have happened here? This is not my system but I was just looking at some random PRCGs when proj 12442 with a timeout of 1.5 days seems to have reissued a wu to someone else after only 19h9m?

I've seen that a few times myself. I have no idea what causes it, but usually it's not taking place quickly but more towards the the middle to end of the timeout time.
Fold them if you get them!
