[tuto] How to fix cuda and opencl not detected

This is for Linux openSUSE, intel x86_64, Nvidia dGPU.

I don't know if it is a general solution.
It is a workaround. I did not receive any solution to my report to openSUSE bug team and to the folding bug team.

Problem : you get in the log of FAHclient some messages saying that Cuda and OpenCL are not detected.

Perhaps you need to install the package "clinfo".
Put the command "clinfo" in a custom systemd service. This command must be run one time.
