10% of estimated points actually gained?

I have a passkey, completed 13WUs with it(mainly on my GPU) and I get like 10% of the "estimated points", even when using "final estimation" from the log in advanced control. Why? Am I not getting QRB for some reason or what?

There is a FAQ on points, but basically the requirements to receive the QRB are to have completed 10 WUs, and to maintain an 80% successful completion rate. Before completing 10 WUs you do not get the QRB and it is not awarded retroactively.

The estimate shown in the client is based on whether or not a passkey is shown. The client has no means of checking whether the username and passkey hav been qualified for the QRB.
