Over several days, each 0-slot CPU task I was assigned is overseen by Prof. Vincent Voelz.

Possibly he may have insight into this issue.

It looks like for FAH v8.1.18, setting CPU=0 (instead of CPU=1) in the settings for GPU folding works to fix the issue (and not download a CPU WU)
