GPU barely being used.
I just downloaded FAH and have it running on my system. My GPU is an EVGA Geforce RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra Gaming, that ought to be cranking, but is barely being used - like, the fans haven't spun up on it, it's doing so little work. I can see, from the client, that it's being used, but it just isn't doing a whole lot. And this is with FAH set to full power even. My CPU is cranking, but my GPU is practically idling. This is running on Windows 11 Pro.

Also, if you are using Windows Task Manager to monitor GPU load, it's usually not showing the right thing. Select CUDA or compute_x instead.
The most reliable way to check for GPU load is to use a tool like GPUZ.
