Project 18025: very long calc time (multiple days)

Post by ludi_cosman »

At the moment two WUs of project 18025 are now being processed on one of my computers with two graphic cards. But these WUs take considerable more time than normal. Normally I see multiple WUs being finished per day, but now these take multiple days. Eg. the WU 18025 (64, 2, 265) running on a RX 5700 is now at 25.83% and the ETA is 2.51 days . The other WU 18025 (53, 1, 225) is running on a RX 580 is at 70.65% with an ETA of 23 hours and 45 minutes.
Anyone else observing this?

I would suggest pausing all work units, wait a minute, reboot your computer and restart folding.

My thinking is that your computer has installed some update in the background which as interrupted the flow of the folding cores.
