I think its working but my gpu only runs on 27% and cpu on 50% - 70%.
are there some issues or is it ok so ?

Important question because Task Manager doesn't show actual GPU use without some tweaks. GPU-Z or MSI Afterburner is more likely to show the correct GPU utilization.
