Personally I like the 4 slot EVga x399 DARK or one simular. I purchased a mining rig piece that allowed me to keep GPU's 1 and 3 installed on the motherboard and GPU's 2 and 4 (using risers) to install on the mining rig. This allows much better spacing between GPU's for cooling.

Finally after one week of testing or so here are my results:
Neither of my GPUs are showing any loss in performance. Even if the cpu only has 16 pcie lanes, and i have also installed a wlan pcie card on a x4 slot. Just like before PPD is around 200,000-270,000 per gpu. Seems like it is even showing better performance. I think it could be due to the better chipset (Z77 vs H61) and the dynamically increased boost clock frequency of the CPU (3.8 GHz vs 3.3 GHz max.)

Now I have a way better cooled system and a little more efficient. Thank y'all for your input.
