Missing/AWOL WUs?!

Post by ~Jinx~ »

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem; only started yesterday.

Whilst I can't retrieve the specific details of which WUs they are (closed the client since then) I know that my client (+1 other using the same user info) has completed 2 WUs (and potentially 3) in the last 24 hours, but they don't appear to have registered anywhere.

I just wanted to make sure that the returned completed units aren't going missing somewhere, amidst this surge in folding interest recently.

The stats are recovering from major blockage so still might be a few delays especially as there was a short outage - if your WUs were picked up by a CS instead of the WS that might explain that ... You can access old logs in your user folder - iirc /AppData/Roaming/FAHClient/logs if you want to check this.

The logs get stored in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\FAHClient. Look for the WORK_ACK message for the completed projects.

Yup looks like uploads went to CS ... as I understand it these will get transferred back to the correct WS when possible at which time WU gets properly registered.
