Promotion of Folding@Home in Germany

Post by vwinterhager »

Dear Folding@Home community,

pleasure to be here, first of all! Currently, we (a group of activists in Germany) want to launch a website and campaign, which promotes the Folding@Home software. As of now, Folding@Home is not very popular. The German government just launched a Hackathon to tackle challenges posed by COVID-19. We will be part of this initiative.

Before we get started, we would greatly appreciate the feedback on the following two points:

  • Is the Folding@Home team as well as the community in line with our efforts?
  • Do you want to support this idea? Are you from Germany/ Europe? Please do contact us to help!

Best regards and thank you in advance,

Vincent
