Now it starts to get confusing keeping up with all my log files and remembering which "CoreStatus = 0" are new and which I already reported ... Let's hope they stop happening though.

I thought when marked bad they wouldn't be sent out any more? Or is it because I originally got the WU and didn't send it back yet (and the deadline hasn't passed yet either)?
When the WU is marked as bad, it isn't an immediate process. It takes some time to happen. During that time, if you get the same WU, you can "delete and move on" which involves:
delete the Work Folder (required)
delete queue.dat file (required)
Change the Machine ID (optional)
