Unable to get SMP WUs - Servers Down?

My SMP clients have been unable to get new WU on multiple PCs for the past 2 hours. Are servers down?

171.65.103.100; 171.65.103.157; 171.65.103.158 all Down - 171.67.108.17 in Reject Mode.
