Strange things happening while I'm folding this unit.
% 1-65 were going along at 38 minutes +/- 4 seconds
Then after 65 I had a Autosending and my % times jumped to
65-66 = 1 hour 1 minute 26 seconds
66-67 = 1 hour 5 minute 25 seconds
67-68 = 1 hour 5 minute 12 seconds
68-69 = 1 hour 8 minute 33 seconds
69-70 = 59 minutes 5 seconds
70-71 = 41 minutes 59 seconds
then I had another Autosending and my % times dropped to
71-72 = 39 minutes 12 seconds
72-73 = 45 minutes 56 seconds
73-74 = 39 minutes 0 seconds
74-75 = 38 minutes 54 seconds
75-76 = 38 minutes 2 seconds
76-77 = 38 minutes 4 seconds
77-78 = 38 minutes 3 seconds
78-79 = 38 minutes 3 seconds
79-80 = 38 minutes 4 seconds
then I had another Autosending and my % times seem to be jumping again
80-81 = 46 minutes 23 seconds
81-82 = 1 hour 4 minute 28 seconds
82-83 = 1 hour 3 minute 39 seconds
83-84 = 1 hour 4 minute 5 seconds
84-85 = 1 hour 4 minute 11 seconds
85-86 = 1 hour 4 minute 9 seconds
Autosend
86-87 = 1 hour 4 minute 24 seconds
87-88 = 1 hour 4 minute 48 seconds
88-89 = 1 hour 4 minute 15 seconds
89-90 = 1 hour 3 minute 56 seconds
90-91 = 1 hour 4 minute 27 seconds
Autosend
91-92 = 1 hour 4 minute 11 seconds
92-93 = 1 hour 5 minute 11 seconds
93-94 = 1 hour 4 minute 57 seconds
94-95 = 1 hour 4 minute 41 seconds
95-96 = 1 hour 3 minute 39 seconds
96-97 = 1 hour 7 minute 20 seconds CPU temp 41C
Autosend
97-98 = 1 hour 7 minute 55 seconds
98-99 = 48 minutes 14 seconds
99-100= 38 minutes 0 seconds
and thats were I'm at right now
There are no other messages other than the Completed lines and the Autosending lines
I've kept watch on the cpu freq and it remains the same, cpu core use remains at 100% all through this.
My computer is a:
ASUS m/b
i7 3.06GHz not overclocked
cpu temps max out at 50C, at night they drop to 40C.
First instance happened at night when it war 40, the second is happening now, 5:30PM, when it's 50C
Has anyone else noticed something like this happening?
Tks
Rick
Edit: added overnight frames.

I'm folding because Dec 2005 I had radical prostate surgery.
Lost brother to spinal cancer, brother-in-law to prostate cancer.
Several 1st cousins lost and a few who have survived.

Re: Project 2683 (R2, C16, G16)
Well it transmitted alright.
Starting a new wu now.
Project: 2683 (Run 12, Clone 14, Gen 9)
Checked what processes were running and to make sure that nothing had slipped in that I wasn't aware of. There are 8 instances of the A2 core running and they are all maxed out. Other processes only taking 1-2% of cpu time from them occasionally.
But the first 1% of the new wu took about an hour to complete.
Something seems wrong. My cpu freq shows 3.19GHz which was giving me about 38 minutes per frame.
Hopefully it will steady out.
Well overnight it stayed in the 38 minute range per frame 1-24
Tks

Did you happen to check between frame 71 and 81? Perhaps you had something scheduled to run then that you forgot about.rickoic wrote:Checked what processes were running and to make sure that nothing had slipped in that I wasn't aware of.
