Is Folding@home still considered a Stanford Project?

With the move to the foldingathome.org domain, and management and donation page now being relocated at WUSTL, is Folding@home still technically considered a "Stanford Med" project - a part of Pande Lab?

Re: Projects 9000-9040 psummary doesn't list HIV/AIDS/Bryost

We don't have anything on immune deficiency right now, but are discussing some new collaborations on that topic. More on Alzheimer's coming soon. Thank you Dr. Bowman ... that's great to hear. Can you confirm if the project descriptions for 9000-9040 in the psummary are going to be corrected - or a...

Projects 9000-9040 psummary doesn't list HIV/AIDS/Bryostatin

I was going to promote Folding@Home as part of Pride Month, and all the past work Stanford did on Bryostatin, including HIV/AIDS research through projects 9000-9040... but the project descriptions don't seem to match anymore. BTW, are any current projects besides 9040 helping research immune deficie...

Even while you sleep video on Facebook and Twitter

Has Stanford ever published the Even while you Sleep video in native Facebook and Twitter formats? If not, and Stanford doesn't have a dedicated team to do it - can individual teams request permission to download and convert the video to specific social media formats as long as the message of the v...

Re: Completed Project Summary & Results Page (inactive proje

I do not recall any such list of "completed" or inactive projects as a summary page. Much of what was on fahwiki.net was out of date years ago, and it was pretty much no longer being updated. The person who apparently was keeping up a copy of it after its original location went away, and ...

Completed Project Summary & Results Page (inactive projects)

Does anyone have a link to the "completed" or inactive project summary page? There used to be a link to it on fahwiki.net, but that link is no longer related to FAH research. Also, is there a new link to the actual project results database? Last I saw some information that can be download ...

Limits on database queries via API

Howdy, Can anyone recommend a page that describes the rules for using the API database search. I read something about limits on the number of times one can pull the entire database per day, but what about queries on an individual username, or for a team? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. ...

Hello, I just noticed that Description links posted on https://apps.foldingathome.org/psummary.html are all giving a "404 Not Found" Example: https://apps.foldingathome.org/project?p=8646 The Stanford team needs to change the URL's to include the ".py?p" extention like the follow...

Re: Bryostatin update

No, "Pande VS" is not required. He's generally the senior author for papers published by his students, but many of his former students have started their own labs at other Universities and would probably be the Sr author for papers by their students. Thanks. I think many folders, includin...

Re: Bryostatin update

@wuffy68 It's always safe to assume papers published by the Pande Group were researched using FAH. The same is true for research papers published by the other Labs that are part of the Folding Consortium Thanks bruce, that helps. Just to clarify, it includes only papers published by the consortium ...

Re: Article: Adaptive boundaries in multiscale simulations

As the science advances, we'll be able to solve these problems for simulations run on dedicated clusters and then adapt FAH based on the lessons we learn. Great explanation! I would suggest Pande Labs issue a similar statement with every published paper to the community either here, or on reddit. M...

Re: Bryostatin update

I noticed on my folding window that the Bryostatin project claims:"Bryostatin is a marine natural product that shows promising and unique activity against several diseases (most notably, cancer, HIV/AIDS, and Alzheimer's)" Is all of this still true? A few months too late  but this m...
