Don't base your maths on p18725, as a small project that wouldn't usually hit GPUs like yours, it includes a bonus to reach nominal PPD on (most) big GPUs.

If set as usual, it should be set to assign to NV species <= 7 with a base credit of 120 000, like p18717 ...

We had so many compatibility issues with those libs that are sometimes never updated by the user or the distribution that it's safer to provide them with the core ...

FAH barely uses the VRAM on the GPU board, this is how OpenMM has been designed.
